My name is Shivank Verma, and I hold the position of Team Member at Chetu. I have been with the company for over 2 months. Here, we undergo appraisals every six months. One of the best aspects of working here is the biannual appraisal system. Every employee starts as a Team Member, and as they gain experience, their designation improves. I have just started working here it's been about 2 months so I'm going to need to spend a few more months to get to know the cons of the company but so far everything things seems great.
