If you are fresher or 1 year Experience that Chetu is the best Company because to make a perfect jweller You have to heat the gold, In the same way for fresher Chetu will put more pressure on them and in Pressure Fresher will definitly try to learn new things becuase he has no more options.
Cons
Worst For Experience holder because Employee will get only 6 paid leave. In portal only it will be show more than 20 paid leave. Any Time Employee can be move to any Technology .
