Quality Testing

Pros

I have not found any pros other than 6 month apraisal.

Cons

Worst company for testing because only 1 tester is alloted for 1 Project Manager and you need to know Manual, Security, Database and automation testing concepts, but mostly Manual Testing is done. Lot of work and, very odd timing hours with .alternate saturday working.

Great leadership, corporate culture, people, performance, and customer service.

Pros

The leadership is focused and they have a vision and plan of execution. Adjustments are always done when they are necessary for improvement. The environment and culture is good, so people working here love being here. People work here as a family. Plan is not good unless it is executed in a good manner, so here they take care of the performance by proper execution of plan. Customer service is great.

Cons

I have never found any.

Pros

Steep learning curve and not easy going at all ! As everyday can't be the same, expect the unexpected. Colleagues cant be more helpful, and a friendly environment overall.

Cons

One should know what they are doing, as everything is transparent and would be highlighted, both positive and negative points.
