      Pros

      They offer half decent health insurance and a 3% match on your 401k.

      Cons

      Its culture is imported from the middle-ages. You cannot rely on the word of leadership. And it has an attrition rate higher than a fast food stand. The incompetent stay too long and the stars leave asap. Everyone is looking to get out w/i 2 weeks of being hired.

      Pros: There are some genuinely great people who encourage you to excel at the job.. few though

      Cons: CEO is a narcissist who belittles his employees to teach them some deranged type of "tough love" He is not a leader whatsoever, but rather a cyber bully and stalks everyone in the company Once a month paycheck...they do not disclose this during the interview process at all. No one even asks because seriously no one in America does this !! Micromanagement is the main theme of Chetu. Everyone in the office looks scared and walks on eggshells every day. No open door policy, you have to watch every single word you say
