Pros

HQ feels like you are walking on egg shells every day. If leadership decides to change a policy last minute, be very weary of speaking up or ever voicing your opinion in general. This is not an open door type of establishment. It's very do what you're told, be quiet, and keep your head down is their motto they always say. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. If they never have feedback and pay on time they are considered a good customer. God forbid they ever have any issues or feedback for the engineering team, they will be scrutinized and threatened.

Cons

All the cons I listed above. Pay is once a month.

Remote work, if you don't mind being on camera and watched all day, every day.

Cons

The President / CEO will bypass the sales manager/director who is working daily if not weekly with you and tell his boss, who know little to nothing about your performance and say you are not getting enough traction, so you have to be terminated. No written or verbal discussion or warning. Then that same President / CEO will try to BS the state, with no written proof, that you are not eligible to receive unemployment benefits. But the state told him that he and his organization had over a month to supply written proof, and they failed to do so,
