Pros
1- One of the best things about Chetu is the 6-month appraisal cycle. It keeps you motivated and ensures your hard work is recognized financially more often than at other MNCs. 2-If you are a fresher, this is a goldmine. You get to work on real-world US-based projects across various industries (Healthcare, Fintech, etc.) very early on. 3-
Cons
1- The deadlines can be quite tight. It’s not a 9-to-5 "chill" job; you need to be ready to put in the hours, especially when project deliveries are due. 2- Management is quite rigid regarding office timing and internal protocols. There isn't much flexibility for remote work compared to other tech firms.
