They treat adults like teenagers You have to request permission for everything except going to the bathroom Their ET team is lead by a bunch of young people that even repremend you if you don't sit right infront of the camera Their managers are just a bunch of good old boys who don't care about their team except when they make a sale Their managers are not coachable nor leaders as they replicate how the CEO runs the company which is based on Fear They treat their female employees without respect and they don't have a voice. They have a revolving door as they will even fire you if you say something about their C-Level.
