      Good company that allows remote work. Not the greatest in pay, but there is opportunity to sell and make more, if you have the desire.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Centralized decision making will restrict growth of this company, The CEO of the company screamed at me (over the phone), Don't p1ss him off.

      Marketing Dream Team: My fellow marketers at Chetu are rockstars! They're always down to lend a hand, brainstorm ideas, and celebrate wins together. It's a real team effort here. Benefits That Matter: Chetu offers a solid benefits package, with health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) to help you plan for the future.

      Cons

      Work-Life Balance? Sometimes: Things can get pretty busy here, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance can be a challenge. Deadlines can be tight, and the pressure to deliver is real. Desk or Bust (Mostly): While there is some flexibility, working remotely more options would be a game-changer. Departmental Silos (Ugh): Sometimes communication can get a little siloed between departments. Streamlining things could save everyone some time and headaches. Global Team = Communication Hurdles: Working with a worldwide team is awesome, but cultural nuances can make communication a bit tricky at times.
