      Pros

      Working at my Chetu has been a great experience. The work environment is positive, the leadership is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn. I truly appreciate the culture and the teamwork here.

      There are no real pros to mention; my experience at the company was overwhelmingly negative.

      Cons

      I worked here for almost 18 months and was never promoted from trainee despite working on two real projects. The work culture is toxic, managers and HR are not supportive, and salary deductions were made without reason — and even denied when I asked for clarification or refund.
