      Great Company for Growth & Learning

      Pros

      This company really emphasizes organic growth, and works to develop their employees from within. I started here 10 years ago as a technical project manager and am now a Director of Operations based here in the US. The work environment is great and really promotes team camaraderie. Additionally the benefits are fairly competitive, with excellent healthcare coverage and retirement planning.

      Cons

      None to speak of. This place thrives on hard workers, so it's not the right place for everyone.

      I have been working at Chetu for over 11 years and have seen my career advance ten-fold. I have definitely grown both professionally and personally. This company is very process-oriented, meaning that your path to success is cleary-defined. The work culture is excellent and we really have a family unit here at Chetu.

      Cons

      We ask a lot of our team members, and spoil our customers with our service, so it is not for everyone. Hard work is the only way to succeed here.
