-Six month appraisal policy. -Provides opportunity to work on new technologies and tools.

Cons

- No respect of senior resources even. - In the fear of losing a project, stop harassing employees. - Dont have necessary resources even to work. - Most policies are made in keeping the mind that the employees are labour. - School like culture, if you talk to a girl then management will call you and ask you the reason for talking with her. Grow up guys. - Dont ask for suggestions if you cant implement any. If anyone found giving suggestions then that day is the last day of that person, is what follows here. - Stop giving poor quality of food in the name of free lunch.
