      Pros

      I have spent here to 2.5 years with Chetu and have had a great stint in terms of joining process, Employee are supportive and friendly nature, ready to help in free time or some time in busy schedule and lots of opportunities to learn new things. Six month appraisal best part in Chetu. Chetu organized events, we enjoyed but not well management and timing. Chetu provide training opportunities for learning new technologies.

      I have spent close to 2.5 years with Chetu and have had a great stint in terms of joining process, training opportunities, learning & development initiatives.good work life balance and culture.Employee friendly and lots of opportunities to learn new things.

      Chetu is one of the best place for beginners and learners . There are lots of development work start from scratch so beginners can learn and understand each and every thing of development in depth. Company always appreciate skills/dedication/good work . Appraisal system and Open policy make it different form other companies.

      Cons

      There are some negative rumors about company because of some new joiners loose a golden opportunity.
