      Great and Growing Platform to create your base in IT.

      Pros

      I am working since 2.5 Years in Chetu. It is a very good platform to learn new technologies and a very good opportunity to groom yourself like I started my journey in Chetu as software developer and then become SSE , Team Lead. Chetu has very good company environment. You will really feel the actual IT environment where you will get more challenges and will also get more knowledge advises from seniors. Best thing that i like in chetu is directly client interaction, so you will get knowledge of real time scenarios. Chetu has good appraisal policy(i.e. twice in a year :)).

      Cons

      i don't see any Cons as if you want to learn and want to enjoy in your work so Chetu is good place to learn.

      Pros

      Good for new comers. Six month appraisel. Client ineraction is good in terms of career.

      Cons

      Cutting of 10 percent of salary, really shameful. Firing pepole without notice. But makes you serve full notice, if resigned. No work life balance. Really no policy in favor of employees

      1. Really good for learn latest technology. 2. Get chance to communicate with clients. 3. 6 Months appraisal policy.

      Cons

      1. Time schedule 2:30 to 11:30. 2. If stay late night there are no cafeteria facility available.
