      Pros

      Chetu is a good company to learn and grow, as it provides a great platform for you to work with the new technologies. You will get a good exposure here. Six months appraisal system is one of the good feature in the company. Good opportunity for the deserving candidate and company values every effort and innovation is respected.

      Cons

      All Saturday should be off, as alternate Saturday are working here.

      Cons

      worst company , they behave like lever to employee. if you are join this company ,you are playing with your carreer. they show the high salary package , but you will get in hand nothing . employee works at night overtime as lever.

      Cooperative Environment and Good opportunity to work with International clients

      I have been working in Chetu more than 3.5 years. Chetu provides good platform to lean new technology ,opportunity to groom yourself and good growth. The environment provides for the developer is very cooperative and helping. i joined Chetu as Software engineer and then become SSE and Team Lead. Developers having opportunity for client interaction in meeting. Chetu also providing the training session for developers on different domain and new technology. Chetu having reward and recognition program , earn while learning in technical presentation and late night cab facility . Thanks, i am part of Chetu.

      i do not see any cons. There is good support from Operation, HR and IT Team.
