      Pros

      Chetu is a good place Dedicated, Hardworking and Quick learner. This is a good place for learning and growth. Company is working on latest technologies. If you working with dedication and honestly then you get recognized. Appraisal system is very good and different from other companies.

      Cons

      Company works on latest technologies so it might be that you are unaware of those technologies. So you should be quick learner, adopt new technology other wise it would be tough to work.

      None at this point that I can think of.

      Cons

      All reviews here are driven by HR, who ask the employees to post good things. Overloaded Managers and resources. Micromanagement. Even for Managers. Shift timings are very bad. If you know how to put butter on the bread then you can survive here. You will need a lot of butter to feed senior management. Hitler rule by CEO, who thinks he drives the company and not the employees. Attitude drops from the nose of the CEO. Don't know how to treat your colleagues.

      Pros

      They value the deserving employees. Half yearly appraisal system purely based on performance. Company is very supportive in terms of loan options for employees. Excellent opportunities of learning variety of technologies. Guided by excellent technical people. Onsite opportunities. If you deserve, appraisals and promotions are not going to be concern. Decent Compensation.

      Cons

      Keeping in mind that company is still in growing phase, there are few insignificant areas of improvements. I believe that even these insignificant issues will be addressed by the able management because I have seen non-stop improvements in last 5 years.
