      There are very good platform to the keep grow to your technical skill along with good environment int he company.

      1- Works on latest technology in the market. 2- Six months appraisal policy. 3- Provide an opportunity to learn and develop your skills. 4- Monthly HR events for employee welfare. 5- Monthly meeting where employee & management shares company growth and their suggestion & feedback. 6- Management are very supportive. 7- Monthly professional training sessions. 8- Weekly client calls(Direct interaction with clients.). 9-Reward and recognition program for employees. 10- Great working environment. 11-Emphasis on quality work & customer satisfaction.

      Pros

      TL's and team members are good. All freindly with each other.

      Cons

      No Learning Be ready to get fired anytime without any reason. When they want to fire you they gave stupid reason like your performance issues. No matter you are appreciated from client on project. I you are on bench means you have no project assigned, then you are fired. This company is just working like, they hire for project when that project is succssefully done then your turn to get fired. Saturday Working is always joke for chetu because of their stupid events with no management. Want to stop your career, or have a fake expereince then only join chetu.
