      Pros

      Great company to learn and grow. Freedom to work in best interest of the company. Full of challenges which help in self-grooming and confidence. Cooperative management. Colleagues are also very supportive.Team environment is amazing & friendly.

      Cons

      Compensation is not at par with the industry standards and remains understaffed. Nobody cares about the quality.

      Good Workplace to Enhance the Technical Skills

      Pros

      I have been working with organisation from last 5 years. Its a good place to work and enhance the technical skills. Great thing in this organisation is opportunity to interact with Client directly. Employees enjoy 6 months appraisals. Get to work in multiple domains.

      Apart from timing, there is no such cons.

      Employee friendly work culture. Six months appraisal. Good Management. Opportunities to work on different domains and learn new technologies.

      Cons

      Every Saturday should be off, currently alternate Saturdays are off.
