      Pros

      Chetu provides platform for individual to to learn new technology and be proficient in that skills. Company always encourage and have weekly/monthly training session (specially for new employee) to learn and adopt new technology. Chetu provides opportunities to employee to work on projects of different domains like gaming, healthcare, retail, finance, hospitality.

      Cons

      There are challenges for employee to learn new skills and I think that makes individual more stronger and confident in professional perspective.
