      So far as my experience of 6 months, this company has good environment for working without overburden. This provides a group of Team members (TMs) headed by a Team Leader (TL) then by Floor Manager (FM) and so on, in hierarchy. STMs and TL are always ready to help you if you are stuck anywhere while coding or managing. Timing is USA based 2:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M. Subsidised benefits: - lunch, dinner, coffee,tea,cab, insurance and leave earning. There's a sixth month appraisal..!

      TL and Floor Managers are quite supportive.

      Cons

      HR Team really needs to get their head in the game, from getting interviewed for the wrong position to getting termination without stating any reason. There is a lot of unprofessional behavior.
