      Pros

      You will communicate with client directly. You can learn new technology as they do not care of your profile . Just Give you any sort of technology to work on if you are on bench. Company infrastructure is good in terms of building . Events always going on but only at saturdays

      Cons

      No support of superiors technically . Timing is odd 2.30 to 11.30 pm . project manager usually calls at 11:30 pm so you have to stay back. Cab Move at 12 AM so you have to stay late anyway. They never think twice for asking to stay late. If you stay late .they do not take care of you . AC completely shut down . No compensation for food or any thing. Worst company in terms of salary structure and deduction . A large amount of salary structure is dedicated to common benefits. Other than deduction of 10 % monthly salary and you got this back after year completion . Some time Project manager talk aggressively. Presentation for new technology are there but most of them is just an overview So not much useful.

      If you have guts you can go higher. No one can stop you. Good working environment. Senior are helpfull 6 month appraisal policy
