I have been working with Chetu since last 1 year and I am very much impress with company and it's culture. As all fingers are not equal same here every one can not be fully satisfy. - Company allows team members or their developers to interact directly with client which actually let you understand client's requirement clearly - Company's biannual appraisal policy - if you think that you can get promoted just by spending time in Chetu then sorry, this is not such place you have to perform, you have to put your best in your work and to show out of box thinking then only you can be promoted to higher level - All processes and systems are streamlined as per international standards, ticketing system is great for in house use only - Projects are of world class and I will say this is the best thing to think about from a engineer's point of view, you have to follow all SDLC states to deliver it to your client - Fun activities, what do i say about this? It is the best part in this company. HR department always intended to give an environment where employees can throw out their stress and fatigue - In house cafeteria, sports lane, e-learning, annual party, training sessions - Monthly meeting where you can share your ideas, views in front of whole company - No Dress code instead of Monday (Monday is to just keeping professional ethics) - Good Infrastructure - Safe work place for female employee as well, equal opportunities for both male and female - Corporate discount in many famous brands
Cons
- Timing might be an issue for someone but it is best timing for me - Sometimes people expecting more, Company is in growing face and company is doing whatever they can do best for their employees - Cab timings should be flexible for late night stay - No other cons for me...
