      Pros

      Chetu is a great place to work. Management recognizes hard work and dedication. You receive regular feedback and support in your projects. The working environment is pleasant and the benefits are fantastic. Upper management is willing to listen to new ideas and implement them if they will benefit the company. This is a fantastic place to grow, learn, and develop your skills.

      Pros

      Company has a team work mentality, there's no hierarchy discrimination. If you have the talent and you put in the work, it will be acknowledged accordingly.

      Cons

      Payroll is once a month, but that's not a problem if you can manage your personal budget

      Pros

      - Chetu is a very great place for learning and gaining experience in your specialized area - It has given me the confidence that yes, I'm capable of justifying my own skills and the degree - It alets you to showcase your skills and abilities to the maximum through your work - I'm working here since last 3 years and enjoying my responsibilities here.

      Cons

      - Wokring Saturdays are a little tiring - Would suggest to make an increement in the number of leaves that we have, referring to the marriage and medical leaves - Bonus amount shouldn't be deducted after an employee crosses the 3-year mark - Promotion criteria should be much more streamlined and structured
