      I have been working with chetu for 1.5 years as a .NET Software developer. The company provides great benifits like full healthcare coverage for employee and their families, subsidized meals , and a free shuttle service. During my time here, I have grown my skills through challenging projects and a supportive team environment, which helped me develop professionally and gain valuable experience.

      I worked at this company for less than a year, and it was one of the most stressful experiences of my career. The work environment is extremely political — promotions and decisions are based on favoritism, not merit. There's a strong culture of blame, and management rarely supports employees. One of the worst things is the 'hire and fire' approach. People are hired in bulk and let go suddenly without clear reasons. This creates constant fear and insecurity among employees. Work-life balance is poor, and you're expected to be available beyond working hours.
