Lot of learning opportunities for new joiners who want to start the career and learn alot of things in less time

Cons

Lot of work to be done in unpredictable timeline without getting any support of coworkers. Most of the project are of 1-2 developers so have to handle all the planning, designing, development and client handling on our own. Alot of policy changes in terms of dress code , Saturday working, salary etc.
