Pros
In my opinion company is growing very fast so everyone have to put their best efforts as much as possible to make more success. Definitely company expects lots of hard work which everyone should do to prove and learn. Its up to person to person how much interest you are taking in multiple project, multiple / new technologies. You get an opportunity to handle the different/ multiple/ unique scenarios, customer interaction in your own way by following the guidelines. To follow the defined processes on time is the key of success. It depends how you take the work culture but if you really want to work and really want to learn then you can do a lot here. you should be very very very proactive here. you should work as a problem solver. Here its very dynamic environment, understand & respect the company culture so be ready to acknowledge the facts with positive attitude and follow after that. I suggest not to panic on few situation but understand, discuss and take the right/ appropriate path as I mentioned here you can see multiple project, multiple clients and multiple scenarios. Sometimes work load and work pressure is too much but it can be handle by discussion with your reporting managers and to find the alternatives.
