Nothing, good in politics. And fire

1. Hire and Fire (Famous) 2. Deduct 10% from your salary upto 1 year. If they fire you at 10th month also they will not give that deducted amount. You need to forget that 10% amount 3. Too too tooo many politics 4. They don't think about employees. They don't think to fire also.

I am working in this company for last 3 months. There is no single reason to stay in this company. This is not the company. This is a factory where many workers work. Do not join this company. Every poor management. Even coronavirus spreading in India, But no single employee allowed to work from home. Poor CEO.
