      You can really grow well in terms of earning in this company as compared to the big 5 of IT sector

      Cons

      Work timings are odd Less quality projects, some projects gets rolled off in a period of 2 days and some in even 1 Employees are not very good in communication...Some people from the senior level are really poor in communication skills. This seeks your attention with a negative outlook.
