      Ambitious company which aims at being the first petrochemical company Lots of strategic strengths Attractive package Home office for most functions

      Cons

      Pity that resources are not (always) in line with expectations increased by business complexity Limited career opportunities (very few expatriations, very lean organisation) Cross-functional cooperation to be improved

      Pros

      When old staffs were around, able to hold the fort and fight the battle together. With new blood in, not the same as before

      Cons

      Managers not being able to answer issues and push responsibility to their reports n reports of reports. Managers also threaten staff by telling them to resign if not able to perform the job. No standard work procedure. Keep changing staff responsibility when issue arises and not resolving the issue itself.
