      Great opportunity and experience to live and work in Saudi Arabia

      Pros

      Great benefits and bonus structure. The company is in a growth mode even with the price of crude at its current low. There's alot of opportunity if you want to move up the latter

      Cons

      Saudization has not worked the way upper management had anticipated. A large majority of the young work force lacks motivation and have become complacent and have found a refuge in knowing it is very difficult to be terminated. With that being said it puts alot of pressure on expats to get things done safely and in a timely matter.

      Pros

      Small lean shop means more opportunity to work on projects and build skillset. Lean shop can also mean an excessive workload at times

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities and career path. There are a few resources that can be classified as "dead weight"

      Pros

      There is still a defined pension plan and a 401K plan. Has financial backing from Chevron and ConocoPhillips. We have received merit programs annually, even when company wasn't having a good year. It's a small enough place that you can know a many of the people in a department.

      Cons

      It does not pay as well as the oil companies. Too small to provide very many job opportunities. There's not very many international opportunities outside the middle-east. The petro-chemical market is very cyclical and seems to have more bad years than good years.
