      Asia HR management is lousy. Very bad office politic and no leadership skills especially those newly appointed leader- lack of experience.

      Salary, good(international) colleagues, who are very helpful, this makes you want to stay

      Cons

      Lack of parking, very bothering hierarchy, comments that can help improve work and service are ignored. Teamleaders are being pushed to get things done and this results in very unhappy employers. This absolutely pushed me away from the company.

      Strong CEO - open communication to employees and walks the talk Consistent pay/benefits Potential for mobility Safe work environment - heavy focus on safe practices at work and home

      Cons

      Mobility potential is a carrot, but size of company may limit mobility, especially for those who are unable to relocate Recent graduates have on-boarding program, but more experienced professionals will have to make a name for and network themselves Business growth in the middle east, meaning some opportunities for women are limited
