      (1) The environment is a good place to be. (2)The people are nice and the work is not too hard. (3) IT operates like a small company (4) Management doesn't micro manage.

      Cons

      (1) They contract out so you don't directly work for the company (2) They do not want to pay for all the work that you are actually doing. (3) Definitely over worked (4) Possibilities for career growth if you plan on being with the company for 10 + years.

      Best company I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      Great company for an operator. Pay is good, benefits are good. I've made a good life for my family by working here. People will gripe anywhere you go, but I enjoy my position here. Since the company implemented ICARE, the entire culture has improved. Every culture is welcomed and included.

      Cons

      I'd like to see some sort of reward system for good attendance.
