      Pros

      The workplace had a great family type of vibe. People were great at working together and helping each other. Constantly busy especially during dinner time which was great for work hours.

      Cons

      You couldn't really make plans ahead of time in your personal life because you didn't really know when and for what time you would be scheduled to work. It wasn't a big deal though.

      Money in your pocket at the end of every shift.

      Cons

      Crappy menu for a city like San Francisco, tyrannical leadership, bottom of the barrel tips. Might as well wait tables at IHOP.
