Never in my life have I worked for a company that what you learned in training wasn't important to the job. Everyone (mainly team leaders) have their own way of doing things. Leadership experience is awful. I get nit picking but wow! You dropped .1 on metrics and you were chewed like you stole something. Im completely blown away how Chewy can be this successful and be so awful at the same time. They rather lose money left and right and have the constant problems and no one take into consideration to fix. Just the same mad customers with the same issues. Team leaders are joke. They're more of the teachers pets so to speak. None of which are qualified to lead a group. Mine was a joke. I thought at first me being new to the group was the reason I felt secluded but no...from the get go I was snubbed and for what??? No clue. The professionalism is non existent. Before I took this job i looked at this site for job reviews on the company. I gotta throw out an apology. I read reviews and thinking "wow! So many issues and cant handle a job or being told what to do" not the case at all. I got let go 5 days before Christmas the day after peak because of a "no call no show" I in fact called. Sent them my call log showing I called but because their system was acting up it didnt register my call. So I was fired. They are not "family" they're not your friends. You're just another notch on their belt from being worked over. When they're done with you then thats it. I struggled with my metrics because my TL changed the way I orginally was doing my calls when my metrics where all in the green. My TL told me I was wrong and made me change my call flow and I could never get out of the red after that. I went back to my orginal way amd my metrics started to go back up but I still got in trouble. In a nut shell you cant please this company. They will find every way possible to get rid of you. Also was not aware they were bug supporters of LGBT community..which is fine and all but to have customers call in and cancel accounts because Chewys ads are all over TV and social media advertising it is ridiculous. You'd be reemed if you were caught talking politics on calls but going against anything LGBT was wrong. Chewy is an embarrassment.
