immature and often unprofessional management; has a reputation for racism; very petty workplace where managers do most of the gossiping; consistent promises of promotion that are never delivered; hard work is not rewarded; no such thing as a raise unless you're promoted to a completely different position (usually in another department)

Great people outside of the management team. Pretty decent and inexpensive health benefits. Seeing puppies and dogs every day is very cool!

Cons

Management throws people away like yesterday's trash without any coaching. Experience isn't valued and anyone over 40 is forced to sign a "will not sue due to age discrimination" disclosure. Be prepared to work 24/7/365.
