Pros

The pay was ok, the benefits are good, my co-workers are wonderful.

Cons

All the politics. The endless nonsense emails you get from hireups. The saying we will help you from hireups but then seeing them have the “ time” to micromanage you parking in the garage where you’re “suppose To” during a pandemic rather than helping work the frontlines with you.

Pros

Lean processes currently being implemented and hopefully it sticks.

Cons

Management has been rocky since I started but can tell they are interested in changing that.
