Great Mission, Great People

Pros

Everyone here is legitimately nice and doing their absolute best on a daily basis. Working with world class researchers on interesting topics that help children is a great cause to get you out of bed in the morning. Generous leave policy is notable.

Cons

Benefits are pretty typical, but not above and beyond (except personal leave). Getting started working here is a pain. Extensive/lengthy background check, etc takes at least a month to get started following your last interview. Some employees are remote, but remote hiring has been entirely stopped requiring some employees to come into the office to have zoom calls with their team.

Pros

That I quit and never thought about turning back. Best decision ever!

Cons

This place does not compensate well for the amount of work and effort put in. Some of the counselors are passive aggressive. Too many cliques and no real leader.
