Terrible managements, I would keep looking for other opportunities.

Pros

Peer coworkers are nice and free coffee.

Cons

Terrible management from upper level. Gaslighting from managers bragging about how successful they are while kept belittling your value and under appreciated your work. Nearly any guidance and never on time feedback from my manager, had to learn everything by myself. But thanks to that, I had learned how to work under stress and uncertainty. Under paid as they claimed to be non-profit while charged patient by a lot. Less PTO and holiday compared to the market.

Pros

Coworkers are very nice and helpful, and dedicated to what they're doing. There's a lot of pride in their work and it makes you want to do better. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow - especially for clinical. Company is really dedicated to improving children's mental healthcare. Compensation and benefits are good. Company is making some efforts to improve morale. Nice to have on your resume. If you can work here, you can work anywhere.

Cons

Still have some silos and cliques. Turnover is high. In some departments you are definitely working harder but not smarter. Caters to the wealthy
