That I quit and never thought about turning back. Best decision ever!

Cons

This place does not compensate well for the amount of work and effort put in. Some of the counselors are passive aggressive. Too many cliques and no real leader.

Coworkers are usually very knowledgeable in what they do so you will learn a lot

Cons

The culture is toxic and overshadows the satisfaction of doing this work. This organization is led by money-hungry "leaders" who push their employees to do too much with too little time and direction. This is consistent across most departments. Too focused on publicity rather than investing in staff and the projects we already have.

Pros

Learned a lot in terms of various software tools to use and how to improve my SWE skills. I had a great manager that was also a mentor and helped me improve my skills a lot.

Cons

The culture at the company was really bad. No structured hierarchy on how to move up. Seems like the only way people got hired as directors was if they had internal connections, even if they had never had managerial experience before. HR also never held manager/directors accountable for their actions, even if there were multiple complains for the same person.
