      There are a lot of good people on the front lines.

      Management is political and dysfunctional and there are a series of layoffs going on of many of their best people.

      Helping the children in your community!!

      Senior management is so dysfunctional. They only worry about the money being added to their personal pockets!! They don't care about the true employees that take care of the patients. They have massive layoffs happening right now!!!!!!

      would not go back to work there EVER! Try UT Southwestern. It seems that some of new senior management is empire building and could not care about the real workers The street says there is going to be a layoffs in 2013 I would tell more but don't want to get into a lawsuit
