      Working with kids warms your heart. Great coworkers

      Cons

      Cliques and favoritism. Managers and HR hold unrealistic expectations about dependability. They expect you to put your job before your family and health. If you take off due to sickness you are reprimanded for it.

      The company does little things here and there to appreciate employees.

      Cons

      Commute. The hospital employees are already in a clique and if you are new and don’t come into work being negative with them you’re an outcast. If you’re not high up like a physician or other specialist or even a nurse your opinions don’t matter. They will have you take tons of surveys and evaluations and never fix issues.
