-Good benefits. -Deeply dedicated to up holding the mission, to make life better for kids. -Ample opportunity to gain knowledge and develop kills.

-The extensive process policies and the lack of inter-departmentntal collaboration negatively impact progress and productivity -Upper leadership is disconnected from the front line workers and have little insight into what their employees do day to day and what is needed to be successful. -Good rate of pay, but pay rates greatly vary among employees in the same position, with the same skills and expeience level.
