      Flexible hours, easy to take day off as long as you find a replacement BT

      No benefits, lack of supervision on site, HORRIBLE communication between supervisors (especially new one!) and BTs

      Pros

      Currently, they are struggling to keep the turnover rate low among their employees. Many full-timers are only lasting a few years with them. However, they are taking steps to make more career opportunities for part-timers and leadership positions. The atmosphere is very positive and uplifting! The community in each clinic setting is supportive and

      Cons

      Poor employee investment. But they are willing to improve. Also, while employed I experienced some overloaded work and heard about some unethical situations going on, i.e. fraudulent billing with insurances.
