      Pros

      Currently, they are struggling to keep the turnover rate low among their employees. Many full-timers are only lasting a few years with them. However, they are taking steps to make more career opportunities for part-timers and leadership positions. The atmosphere is very positive and uplifting! The community in each clinic setting is supportive and

      Cons

      Poor employee investment. But they are willing to improve. Also, while employed I experienced some overloaded work and heard about some unethical situations going on, i.e. fraudulent billing with insurances.

      Pros

      - staff are willing to help, they take care of you well if you speak up. - easy to get a lot of hours. - good training. - get to interact with experienced staff and there will be a lot of opportunities to observe.

      Cons

      - Overwhelming at first. - Somewhat poor communications, so you'd have to be active about communicating your needs. - not all employees will get certified. - sometimes you get hard cases, but the pay is the same. - most of the time, you'll be working alone
