      1. Excellent support and mentorship 2. Provides workload requested (DOE) 3. Management are fair and supportive

      Cons

      1. Pay could be better 2. Do not get paid for client cancellations if more than 2 hour notice 3. Scheduling department often does not communicate well to family or BT.

      Pros

      Children’s learning Connection is the best company I’ve ever been apart of. CLC is all about team work and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love the diversity and the culture. CLC helps you grow in so many areas and prepares you for future jobs in the medical field.

      Cons

      It requires a lot of patience and flexibility. If you don’t want to work with kids in the future or don’t have any experience working with kids, this may not work for you! It’s best to come into this field if you have experience working with kids.
