Pros
Meaningful work that matters, very flexible schedule, support from coworkers and management. Great way to learn the demographic you want to work with as the clientele is diverse. I also never witnessed this before coming to this organization in Easton, but everyone gets along and considerate toward each other.
Cons
Pay is low compared to other industries, but in par within industry standards. Lack of utilization of available technology makes most processes inefficient.
