Pros

The co-workers are amazing. So many great people work there it makes time in the office enjoyable. Coordinators are easy to talk to and very supportive.

Cons

Headquarters is located in Exton and they can be difficult to get a hold of and often make decisions and force coordinators to implement and deal with the aftermath.

Pros

My best reason to work at Holcomb Behavioral Health was Helene Long, God rest her soul. She was the best. By reading the reviews it looks like Holcomb would be a great place to work if she was still there. Everything was organized and the client base was flourishing. I left because my needs were of no concern and I kept the place running.

Cons

Really can't say much because it's been some years since I've worked there but they could pay people better which would give them better results.
