Pros

Ability to make improvements. Great mission and important business with today's behavioral health issues. Holcomb is on its way to be the best of the best in the field.

Cons

Dealing with past issues and the pressure to get all correct. Communication is poor and the drama can get overwhelming.

Pros

The company grows annually. There are a number of good middle management people who work here. There are also some very dedicated line-level employees.

Cons

Terrible work environment. Communication between senior management and other employees is limited. Much favoritism. Senior management has absolutely no concern for the morale or growth of employees.
