Pros

Currently, a forward thinking team who has the best interests of clients at heart without sacrificing the employees. Extremely flexible work schedule and ideal for those who prefer to work independently.

Cons

Up 1/3 of BSC work is not “billable” so not paid. Hourly rate looks good but slash it by a third to get a more realistic idea of what is earned. Unbillable time is minimal required and is 2/3 of the advertised pay.

Benifits the consumers are fun and your doing something empowering in their lifes bonds are created

Cons

They make you lie on your isps for the consumers Alot of favorism/gossip Someone who doesnt work there can say you tripped them even tho they tripped you alotnof witness and theyll believe the lie bc they so deep in with state they cant have no more pile ups
