Pros

-The company is flexible, but only because the management and coordinators are never in the office long enough to know who is coming to work. They come in late and leave early which does not effect them because they are salaried.

Cons

There is no opportunity for growth within this company. A raise is unheard of. The only raise a person MAY get is a 2% raise which they give to everyone each year. The only people who are treated decently are the ones who have endured the job long enough to stay for 15+ years. The benefits are terrible. The staff are overworked and underpaid.

Pros

Good overtime, and sweet individuals (clients) ,, I worked in many of there house and I can say the caregivers took great care of the individuals...

Cons

Some of the house managers, and the people in the front office were horrible... They run you away from the job,, that's why there always short staff... Pay more
