Chimes offer services for those who are developmentally and behaviorally challenged. The staff work very hard and really care about it's Individuals, they are like family.

Cons

Staff is definitely overworked and sadly underpaid. Turnover is high even in upper management. Those who did stay with the organization before COVID- 19 were those who had been there for 10, 20, and 30+ yrs. They have done a massive re-organization recently a lot of people were downsized from their jobs. New people were hired in some of the positions for way less salaries. No raises have been given in the last 5yrs.

The pay its 12.22 an hour. For what you deal with its not worth it. Met a person that was with them 20+ years still making 12.22 an hour. Wtf
